Nuclei Beyond the Proton Drip-Line
The proton drip-line represents one of the fundamental limits to nuclear
existence. Nuclei beyond this point are unbound to the emission of one or
more protons from their ground states. The present era has seen remarkable
developments in the study of these nuclei, which have resulted in the
observation of new phenomena and uniquely detailed insights into the
structure of these most exotic nuclei. The current talk will review the state
of the field and will anticipate exciting new developments.
