Strongly interacting, non-relativistic particles can be found at a wide variety of length scales, ranging from pico to femto meters. At sufficiently low energies the interaction between these particles (e.g. atoms or nucleons) will look (almost) the same and similar experimentally observable features will occur. In my talk, I will survey recent exciting results for these systems and discuss the similarities (and differences) between ultracold atoms and nucleons. I will focus mainly on results for few-body systems but will also shortly discuss many-body systems.
