The registration fee is 450 US$ if paid before July 18th and 500 US$ after this date. The conference fee covers your participation in all conference sessions, the book of abstracts, all coffee breaks, on-line access to the proceedings (for one year) and a CD ROM copy. The registration fee does not include the conference banquet.

The conference banquet is a dinner buffet which will be served during a cruise on Lake Michigan, Thursday, September 25th, from 6:30 to 10:00 PM. The name of the cruise line company is Mystic Blue Cruises (http://www.mysticbluecruises.com/). The combined price for the cruise and dinner is 80 US$ per person. People interested in attending this event should sign up on the registration form.
